Wonderful Mad, it's also a place I would like to visit one day. :D

Nice lake district pics, I'd really like to make it up that way some day.

Here's an picture I took back in April, wonder if anyone can guess what it is?

Is it the prime meridian laser?
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

We have a winner! Or we would have, if you hadn't changed your answer. That's OK, I'll eat your prize for you.

It's the meridian laser at Greenwich Observatory, taken from about 15-20 miles away. That's Canary Wharf centre frame. There is a footpath local to me where you can get a tiny glimpse of London.

Think I need to crop the image down vertically to make a wide panorama to make the most of it. I might also photoshop out the foreground lights so I'm just left with 4 elements: the outline of the horizon, the cityscape peeping above it, the ribbon of cloud and the laser beam.

Went to see one of my favourite Australian musicians last night. His name's Bernard Fanning & he's the bee's knees.

This is a pic of him on stage :romance-inlove:

Love the photo, Knight. I had no idea what it was.
