Hopefully he won't reproduce either.

There's actually a Darwin Award that's sort of this to the next level. I think some really 'smart' guy went into a gun shop, with a gun, attempting to rob it, even though there was a police car right outside, and everyone inside was currently armed, and certainly dangerous to any perps.

Shouldn't that be labeled, "Attempted Suicide"?

I don't think so. The Darwin Award I mentioned actually died, so just plain 'Suicide' will do.

Michael Ansara Passed away. he was 91.

Many remember him as Kang in Star Trek, but to me he will always be the definitive voice of Mr Freeze. playing the role in Batman The Animated series and numerous other incarnations.

This has been reported elsewhere on the forum, but just in case you guys have missed it...

The Twelfth Doctor has been revealed.

Now, instead of Doctor Who, we get Doctor Swears-a-Lot.

Not looking at that link, but I heard it on the news this morning.

Tragic. The pet store owner must be devastated.

Michelle Hammack was overseeing her napping students at a childcare facility in Arlington, Fla., when she smelled something burning. "I just leaned over and peeked around and there was a fire in the oven," Hammack said. "And I ran in there and opened it to try to put it out, and the fire alarm started going off."

She ran back, woke her students, and got them outside, leaving them with another teacher while she went back to ensure no other children were inside. "When I got to the third classroom by the kitchen, I could see that it was just a contained fire in the oven," Hammack said. So, she extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading before the fire department arrived.

For her actions, the facility's owner, Olga Rozhaov, fired Hammack. "I fired her only because she left her room," Rozhaov explained. "Even though children are sleeping, the teachers are supposed to be there," she said. "It's not acceptable, and if anybody else does the same thing, I will fire again. I will fire them. No question."

Apparently it would have been better if she and the kids had all burned to death.
