It's supposed to be nice today, before getting cold again tomorrow. At least it will be a nice day to do some stuff in the garden.

Not too bad this morning but as soon as I got my van back from the garage and could go and do some (paid) work, it clouded over, wind got up, sky turned black, thunder, hailstones and then heavy rain. Went home (2 min commute), the sun came out, had half-decided to go back and finish the rest of the job when it all went black again and the sequence repeated itself except it snowed for a time after the heavy rain...........argh!!!! Don't worry folks, one job was finished but I should have moved to another part of the site and cut the grass there.....haha

I was standing outside the shop enjoying the sun this afternoon and then all of a sudden there was an amazing hailstorm, five minutes later it was gorgeous sunshine again

It's beautiful today! Nearly 60F (14C). Such a relief after hail yesterday and snow the day before. :?

Thanks for that easy temperature converter, Del.

From where we are (5 C in Emden), 30C in Budapest sounds great, but I guess it must feel a bit odd this early in the year.

We are on holiday in Ostfriesland (the top left-hand corner of Germany, on the coast near Holland), and it was 20 C on Thurs - really nice and springlike. Yesterday it was suddenly winter again. Hoping things cheer up for May Day.

It's glorious here Dug I have the windows wide open to get some fresh air through the house and will probably head out later to a pub by the river to have a nice glass of chilled white wine :D
