Great pic Tiffany.

So many beautiful pictures of snow!!
Still, I hope everyone stays safe where the conditions are getting nasty.

Del wrote:STAY SAFE Aunty V. I think everyone was shocked how fast that blaze blew up. A forest fire spreading as fast as a grassfire? ?? Scarey.

Do you have a few safe ways out or a safe zone nearby?

We're fine where we are ta Del :) The fire is North of our area, but 70+ kms away and currently heading away from us. Not that we're complacent, we are keeping up to date with it and we'd leave early if it did ever become a threat, which is very unlikely at this stage. The bad news for the fire fighters is that it has already burnt 50,000 hectares and is heading into inaccessible forest...meaning it could be weeks before it is contained.

My internet is playing up so I couldn't check this, but it should be the one I think it is (am I still making sense?).

Anyway, should make you all feel warm...

Edit - it finally played on youtube, and I couldn't tell if he was swearing or if he was speaking Russian and it sounded like swearing :? So put your fingers in your ears just in case!
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

Sounds more like a German dialect to me Dotsie, and there was a bit of swearing not surprisingly. edited to add the missing word.

Yesterday was almost spring-like and today it's dropped over 20 degrees. The wind was so strong last night it woke me up. I thought I was going to hear something big fall on the house at any minute. But, just small branches down this morning and now it's snowing.
