I'm frustrated coz my boss isn't in today, and the big boss upstairs and his daughter were rumoured to be buggering off at 4.30.

Great, thinks me. An early dart.

10 mins ago, my boss walks in.

I could scream, I really could.

Sorry you're frustrated Bouncy... it's always annoying when you have your hopes up and it doesn't turn out the way you want. You could treat yourself on something nice in exchange this evening, maybe a quiet night in with a movie and a cup of hot chocolate? :)
Listen.

I feel your pain, Bouncy. I used to work for someone who would stay away all day, turn up 15 minutes before quitting time and tell me off as i had not done the most important job on the list.

Cheeky Blighter, Bouncy! I hope you crossed your arms, and tapped your feet and pursed your lips ...

I've been wrangling with the hospital billing department over a bill for a doctor's appointment that I paid in July. Their own system, where I can view and pay bills, shows that I have a $0 balance! I'm trying so hard to be nice every time I have to call, but it's getting difficult.
