I see I'm lacking a lot of permissions after I created my account. Am I supposed to post here first?

In that case: Hi, I'm Amanoo: Discworld fan, IT student, tinkerer/mad inventor, gamer, clarinettist/saxophonist/ocarinist (no Zelda references please, I don't really like that series), Linux penguin and quite frankly a total nerd.

Hi there Amanoo :D Posting here is a good place to start getting into the site and proving you're not spambot ;) Have a good look around and join in all the silly talk and you'll soon go from newbie to full active status and make new friends - don't be shy - we were all new once!

Ah, I figured it was something like that, but I guess I'm still lacking one post... except not anymore with this one :D.

I mostly wanted to ask/say things about Discworld ebooks, and figured this forum was a good place to do that.

Welcome back, MC.

Welcome everyone else I have since my last post here.
A special welcome to Amanoo, whom I don't know, but fellow penguin fanciers are always good to see.

Permissions OK now? If not pm jason or Tony, they should be able to help.
