This was a couple of days ago, but... took the girls to the dentist and while we were in the waiting room Thing 2 was chatting away with a woman sitting across from us. We've talked about how outgoing she is, where Thing 1 is more quiet and reserved. When the woman left, Thing 2 turned to me and said very proudly, "I interfere with more people than Ava does." Wrong word, but still accurate.

Just a small thing, but I realised today that my council tax bill has been paid off for the year, so I've got several months off paying council tax installments.
