I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but this site has been extremely sluggish over the past 4-5 days. No matter which computer or browser I use, it takes over a minute for the forums section to appear and generally 30-40 seconds to move from page to page within it. Not sure if it's my network or something else, but just wanted to see if others--particularly those in the states--were having similar problems.

I would draw your attention to this thread. :)

Everyone seems to be having problems. Jason has reported it to the Transworld techies, but there doesn't seem to be anyone in the office until Wednesday, so we may have to put up with it until then I'm afraid. :?

Have you tried hitting your computer with a large, sturdy stick? Perhaps a bat with a nail in the end? Despite what mums and teachers say, violence is, in fact, a viable answer to most, if not all, problems. I'm sure a few solid whacks from a blunt object will clear it up no trouble.

The tech guys at Transworld are looking into the server problems at the moment. As soon as I know more I'll let you know.

I've not been home before now. I got a message from the guys at Transworld to say that there are experiencing the 500 errors. Please bear with them while they try and sort it all out.

I can only use the forum for a few minutes, then it gets too slow and I get the "500" error message.

There currently seems to be a problem with email notification for such things as PMs (where there board sends you an email to let you know you have a Personal Message).

This has been reported, but until it is fixed, you might want to physically check your PM inboxes in case you've received any messages.
