For anyone who collects Discworld stamps this may be of interest.
Taken from Ansible newsletter.
There is a new line of postage stamps that is due out this summer in the United Kingdom, portraying mythical creatures that are famous nationally and regionally. The set includes a unicorn, mermaid, giant, fairy queen, pixie and dragon. The images are drawn by fantasy artist Dave McKean, who has worked on the Harry Potter movies and is a well known comic book and graphic novel artist. He has also collaborated with Neil Gaiman on a variety of projects. The stamps will be available June 16.

Beautifully illustrated, well reproduced, simply and precisely art-directed - I can't wait to see what the presentation pack and covers look like that will be sold as part of the set.

When so many of the stamps we see nowadays are repetitious and fall back on old ideas it's inspiring to see someone take what could otherwise be very predictable subject matter and breathe fresh new life into it.

For an image, you'll need to get an image code from a site like photobucket - I think there's sticky somewhere on how to do this. Tony will know.

This is the way to post a photo (although, before Jan shouts at me you should really save the picture to your computer and upload it to a photohosting site such as Photobucket.)

Photobucket is free and really easy to use. Well worth joining in my opinion.

You're lucky - I've lost my voice again

And yeah - I used Photobucket for years to archive forum material for art threads/galleries - if you're not convinced have a stroll through Tony's Tucson thread as there's tons of cool Photobucket stuff you can do in there and they talk you through with minimal jargon in their 'How to' material
