He's not only got a heart that goes boom ticky boom boom boom HE'S HOME!!!!

Not that he SHOULD be. We have had massive hospital cuts here and beds are rare. He is getting nurses out to his flat three or four times a day. He should NOT be at home under any circumstances but he will be til the next time (hours if not days) that he dehydrates or almost bleeds out again. My oldest brother is popping in when he can and I believe one of my sisters is there for a day or two.

I'm feeling like a church mouse. Have spent way too much wherewithal at the Orthodontist, braces for my son, & dentist for myself in the last two weeks. Even the cat had a trip to the vet for his teeth. Say, aaaaaaaah well.

My oldest used to know the whole score of Little Shop Of Horrors by age 3.... AND the words; back then we only had the video so we recorded the sound to a cassette (you younguns can google that one) and she loved listening to it endlessly.

They did the play at her high school many many years later.......... it was a given she would be in it.

TODAY IS THE END OF SCHOOL FOR TWO WEEKS ! YAY!

No more school run or early starts for a week. Love having the girls home. Thinking what to do... Brisbane Festival is still on everywhere. Unfortunately we were looking forward to the huge finale of Riverfire but H is at her dads that weekend. Hoping he will let me take her to see it for a few hours.

We have a huge storm rolling in.... first of the summer storms. Scarey scarey driving down the freeway with the black/green clouds and lightning strikes chasing me. (hail)... Only got one big one last year... weird. They are saying this year is going to be a doozey for them. I love/fear the storms. They are huge!
