RIP Eric Sykes

Postby Tonyblack » Wed Jul 04, 2012 11:08 am

RIP Eric - you will be sadly missed. :(

Eric Sykes dies aged 89.

I always loved his comedies and I really must get around to reading his autobiography, that I've had on my 'to read' pile for ages.

RIP. Only vaguely remember some of his comedy stuff but i remember him from the start of one of the Harry Potter films

R.I.P. Eric. A true gentleman who probably closed the door quietly behind him as he left. He never tried to be funny. I recall once on (I think) Parkinson's chat show when Eric was explaining how he couldn't hear without his spectacles. (They had hearing aids built into them).

RIP Eric.
