Oh yeah... I will have to do that.

A few months ago I brought a charger for my laptop that was supposed to be multi-use so it could power H's net book too at a cost of $100 It wont work on H's.... and even if it did.... $100 for two adapters to use out of the 10 they supplied?

I could have just brought TWO seperate power chargers.

OR "he" could just let her bring them over with her. No?

Today...... I was coming out of an appointment I had to go to re: work... and was wandering down the footpath to where my car was parked and having a tiny bit of a quiet sniffle when a lovely couple stopped me on the footpath and asked me if I was okay.. and then I blubbered.. and they said "You just need a great big hug!" and proceeded to do so.. .. just didnt stop hugging, big sqeezy fat hugs and rubbed my back and gave me a tissue and another hug and sent me on my way. It sounds a bit creepy but it really wasn't. Ahhh... the kindness of strangers.

When Our Sadie sent me some bad news in a text a couple of weeks ago, I started blubbing my eyes out on the train I couldn't help it! But everyone in my carriage did a sterling job of ignoring me completely. So I'm moving to Australia, so I can get quality stranger hugs whenever I want.

Or maybe, Del weeping is attractive, but Dotsie weeping is revolting and snotty.

I didn't have a tissue Dots... so no... it was drippy and snotty too.

Driving home after that I had to slow down to let an elderly man on a (what do you call them?) old persons scooter thingie... get over the road.... then I looked again and he had a leather vest on and his scooter was "pimped" with a Harley front on it then he very slowly negotiated the gutter and slowly drove across the road.

To Pretoria.

I know Pretoria quite well, having lived in a hotel there for six months while waiting for my apartment to be built on the staff village complex. It was a very pretty place to live (I don't know if it still is) with Jacaranda trees lining the streets. I have fond memories of the city and some of its drinking establishments.
