This made me sad.

Clive James has admitted he's lost his battle with cancer.

Mari died last night at 19:50. It was what she wanted and had been having morphine injections every four hours.

So sad when he said he won't be able to go home to Sydney again.

Seeing on TV the funeral of those children killed in that house fire. Allegedly by their parents, who were not allowed to attend their own kids funeral. (Not sure about that as there hasn't been a trial yet.)
Those lovely black horses pulling the carriages with the coffins in, really brought a lump to my throat & I didn't even know any of the people involved.
