I stand corrected!
While walking the dog this morning, I noticed that there are still a fair number of lilacs aboot!
Maybe I'll procure some from the neighbours...?

I may have procured a small amount from the church yard I walk past in the mornings.... It sat nicely in my top button hole 'till it died

(it's on my desk now!)

Enjoyed my boiled egg and contemplated some lilac blossom from a distance (with due reverence). Feels slightly inadequate but hope it will do

Turning people into pigs is not allowed.
