Found out a few years back that there is actually a Dublin based Rangers supporters club but they have to keep well hidden and meet in secret. Seemingly there motto is "Behind Enemy Lines" :lol:

When I was about 12 or 13, we went to visit the rellies in NI, and my da wouldn't allow me to take my Liverpool scarf!

He said that Liverpool/Everton was like Rangers/Celtic with the proddy/catholic thing.

Technically Everton are the catholic team in Liverpool but its never really been about religion . They're not as stoopid as the Irish and Scot football supporters.

Nothing Q, just for a moment my brain started whirring and I couldn't remember there ever being an Irish guy on the crew! Then I remembered the Irish have thier own tele and then it all fell into place and I had to find a dark room and lie down! :roll:
