I'm in the money!

Postby Bouncy Castle » Mon Apr 23, 2012 1:29 pm

Got home on Friday, to find a white envelope addressed to me, with a return address in Glasgow.

"That looks dodgy" I says to myself.

£25 cheque for Premium Bond win!!

I have no idea how the PBs work.

Congratulations!

I've held premium bonds for more years than I care to remember - and I've never won anything! :(

These were bonds purchased for me by my parents when I was given money for birthday/xmas as a child.

First time in almost fifty years I've won anyfink!!

Well done Bouncy. :D I've never won anything from the premium bonds either but I did win £50 at the casino the other day (I only went in, in passing, to see a friend who, it turned out, wasn't there that day). :D

They draw the higher prizes first, so any envelope that arrives at the begining of the month is going to be better than one that arrives half way through the month.
