'Dead tree technology! Information that , if carefully stored , would last for millennia! And no batteries required.' Terry Pratchett 'There is no future for e-books, because they are not books. E-books smell like burned fuel.' Ray Bradbury (RIP)
It's very funny, especially, photo with dachshund, "Be careful, very angry dachshund". I have one dachshund. It's very sly. It use a stool to jump on the table in the kitchen and quickly eat some tasty things (chocolate, sausages and other).
Jess once was pestering mum for her food, and was a bit too early. Mum told her to go to her bed until The Archers was finished. (It's a radio programme, in case you didn't know, from 2pm to 2.15pm Monday-Friday).
She duly went to her bed, and as soon as the theme from The Archers started up, she rushed into the kitchen with knife and fork at the ready!
Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.
My sister had a little daschund "Sherry" when I lived with her up north. (1500 miles from our parents house). We used to drive down three or four times a year to visit Mum and Dad so it was quite a trip.
If we were planning on going home we had to SPELL out instructions about packing for M.U.M. and D.A.D.'s house in front of her or she would run to her room and grab this huge black sheepskin rug she slept on, drag it to the car and sit there until it was packed for the trip home. It was only a year or so before she figured out what we were spelling!!!!
