I actually found that spraying the back of my throat with Vicks Nasal Spray worked a treat!!

Raptor if you take some Parsley( flat leaf for preference) as it's a natural breath freshner does the same as the garlic and comes out your skin pores.

Bouncy... as someone who cant work if her throat goes... or DOES work and talks through a bleeding throat....I have tried most things for a sore throat. Very warm salty water is the best cureall.... Also... well you see I dont like ginger... well I love it in all the asian dishes I cook but thats it... A lovely lady with worked at an Asian Tea place (we have hundreds of them here) cold milk tea with real fruit juices and they sell fruit juices where you choose the fruit and they much them... she made me a drink with beetroot and ginger and watermelon, oranges, lime, etc. Put in what you want but make sure you put in a tiny bit of ginger.... its AMAZING. Cures it right away (and it has all the le te da antibiotic effects)
