Bouncy! have you tried last thing at night, swallow a small clove of garlic and don't chew it, when it breaks down in your body overnight it attacks the infection, I used to take it with a spoonful of yoghurt slips down easy then.

Manuka honey is good for sore throats, as is whisky and honey!

The strongest throat lozenges that actually work, and can be bought over the counter, are Decqacaine, although they do taste medicinal, and make your tongue go numb for a couple of minutes!
