I saw it yesterday or the day before, and loved it, even though I haven't played Portal (save for a few stages at one of my friends' house) or its sequel. :D  In fact, I need to tell my friend about it, he might get a giggle out of it.

Well, might as well add the obligatory Portal song: Still Alive.

Okay. In brief:

There's a game series called Portal that is set in what is basically a scientific research facility from hell called Aperture Science. Their attitude to science is summed up in the words of their founder, Cave Johnson: "We throw science at the wall and see what sticks." The whole point of the game is to use a gun that projects portals onto walls in order to solve puzzles and basically get out of deathtraps, many of which are so-called experiments. Imagine the game as you playing a human labrat going through a very deadly maze, and you might understand the song a bit better. Of course, you'd understand it a lot better if you knew more about the game, but hey.
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.
