Having found the 'for men only' thread, I went searching for this one (thanks Tony).

In the spirit of the thing I decided to search the interweb for a long-lost favorite image of mine that I used to keep posted over my desk at work, having ripped it out of Time magazine waaaay back in 1987. And management couldn't say a thing because it was a completely mainstream advert for... American Express. And I found it!! So ladies, and a certain population of gentlemen, I give you this.

Oh yes, I've heard about that. Shocking!

That reminds of the story on QI about the socialite in the 1920's who drank 1400 bottles of radium dissolved in water as a cure-all. He died from radiation induced cancers. The news headline read, "The Radium Water Worked Fine until His Jaw Came Off" . Macabre I know, but that always makes me laugh.

Stephen Fry mentioned the radium dials on that episode as well.
