Well yesterday I got some really cheap fish at a supermarket so made a quick fish pie with a jar of cheese sauce (usually make that too) and some taters which I actually peeled, boiled and mashed (can't rush fish pie unless you buy it ready made).
Very good indeed and there was enough left for tonight .
So THAT'S what I'm having for dinner/supper tonight....leftover fish pie.....and I'm very hungry
(Apologies to the vegetarians on board. I used to be one, usually stick to it, and if asked I say I'm vegetarian for the sake of simplicity, but sometimes I have to have fish because my brain says so)
