Con, I'm not well versed on a gluten-free diet, but those turkey products are by Jennie-O and are in the local supermarket. The nice thing about adding the spicy sausage is that it's so flavorful you can pass on the cheese altogether. The sauce and pasta were organic, but don't know if they are gluten-free. And, the pasta wasn't wheat, unfortunately. When I've tried wheat pastas the whole family revolts, even Thing 1 who is great about different things. You can use spaghetti squash instead of pasta though. It has a different texture but is still good and works well with either a red or white sauce.
