Not sure, guess about 12 hours or so (spread out over a few days ofcourse) Though most of that time is spent on set up. finding the audio clip, getting it to work in the program, finding the right models, positioning, lighting,etc. So in all probably only spent 4 or 5 hours animating her.
The hardest part wasn't the lipsyncing surprisingly (which was easier then I thought, though still takes time), it was the fire. that was a pain to get working.
