Lol, that reminds me of when we went to Tullum to see the Mayan ruins. on the path leading up there was a random stray empty can of coke just sitting there, upright, off to the side.

I hear you ... we did the same to a lightswitch at a surrealist exhibition in Amsterdam once. Funny thing was that once we moved on a whole group of people after us stood and contemplated it as well until a guard came up and said rather loudly... "It is not an exhibit! They are just foolish Australians!"

I went to an art student friend of mine's end of term exhibition. All of her class were exhibiting their works. I eventually wandered into a room that had a roll of chicken wire, plus various tools and cans of paint and I honestly didn't know if it was an exhibition or a store room.
