At work last night, I learned to keep my big gob shut when I have a good idea. My manager thought that it was such a good idea that he gave me the job of implementing it. :? I now have to go through in excess of over 1000 member's files and update and correct each one so our promotional info can be sent out correctly. Image

Can't you smuggle your computer out of the office, and then say that someone else will have to do the work?

I learned that if you live in a rural village in winter, you have to drive 10 miles to meet just about everyone you haven't seen for ages in shops you haven't visited for ages! Took me twice as long to do my shopping but it was FUN! :D

I learned recently that friends can be found in the most unlikely places.

Some online folk went way out of their way to help me, travelling a couple hundred miles to take me to a place to perform a duty, then taking me back home before returning to their home.

They transported me, fed me, did most of the work for me, and wouldn't even accept petrol money!

They had never met me, I just knew them online.

Cheers, Vena

How nice of them. It goes to show that it's not just axe murderers who post on the Internet.

Great to see you again Vena. :D

I learnt it is best not to look for unusual place in friends though.
