Another thing that you can do is use a whole variety of colours that aren't listed. You merely have to know the names of the colours and substitute then for the existing name. For example:

Also, Morty - Sorry, I should have made myself a little more clear. You don't need the IMG brackets while actually putting the avatar into your profile. Otherwise, yes, you do need them. And before anyone asks, you need them for images in your signature too.

I take it if Crysania grabs the picture you made for her she can upload it straight from her hard drive and into her profile and won't need the codes from Image Shack......I tend to do everything the hard way

Still it was good practise doing it all left handed. You'll be surprised what I've learnt to do left handed but as this is a family forum I'll leave that one and move on......PMSL

You'd have to do a bit of trial and error, I think, Morty. Also, the color of a post's background is in intervals of twos so you'd need to know two colors...
